Quincy is the epitome of an All Around, Talented, Versatile mule. She’s amazing in the trail, loves working cattle and is and pretty and handy enough to take you to the winner’s circle! Great qualities no matter what direction you choose. She will catch you in the field and follow you wherever you go. When you get in the barn she’s good to groom, wash and handle her feet. She stands patiently to saddle, and bridle. She easily moves to a mounting block, or a stump in a field to make it easier for you to get on, and waits for your cue to walk off. Quincy is trained at a very high level. She’s responsive to both leg and hand cues, with a light neckrein, stops, backs and side passes with ease. She has a great jog trot and easily extends to a gorgeous ranch trot if you want to cover some big ground. Her naturally Collected lope is smooth, effortless and fun to ride! She has lots of cadence all on a loose rein with her neck flat with lots of expression. She guides beautifully at all gaits through a field, or in an arena it doesn’t matter with her. She circles great, has nice crisp rollbacks and will stop on a dime. She’s fun to ride BAREBACK and BRIDLESS too! Out on the trail she rides confidently alone , and is good to lead or follow in any group. She’s been ridden in lots of diverse terrain. She’s like a 4 wheeler going up and down steep and rocky areas, is great in big country and forests, and no problem crossing water. Quincy is good with dogs, wildlife, traffic, atv’s , bikes, tractors and machinery. Always SUREFOOTED and loves riding in the mountains. Quincy is CONFIDENT with tarps, umbrellas, bouncy balls, bull whips, flags and tons of other things too. She’s always happy to give your favorite dog a ride, or pull your puppy in a cart . We’ve had a lot of fun trying new things with Quincy including moving cattle and roping the dummy. Quincy is the total package. Experienced, Well Trained, MULTI TALENTED, Willing, and Confident. Quincy can take you out on an adventurous trail ride, work around the ranch and compete in the show pen. As an added bonus Quincy is a daughter of National Champion sire Greystone.
