If you’re looking for a stocky made beautiful draft then you’ll want to meet Aurora! This girl is one that will drop jaws and grab attention anywhere you go. She is a 10 year old spotted draft mare that is approximately 17hh. Aurora has gorgeous black and white coloring with a long wavy mane and tail. There’s nothing to not love about Aurora! She rides western and English in a simple snaffle. She’s the type that enjoys a laid back ride whether that be in the arena or out on the trails. This girl is a very smooth ride! Anyone can ride Aurora! She has spent her summers giving rides around the picturesque Mackinac island. People, bikes commotion are no problem for her. She trailers great and has no issue riding a ferry. At the farm she’s been doing trail rides with lesson kids and their beginner parents. She does not shy away from anything. Aurora is willing to lead or follow, cross the water puddles, and walk over down logs or brush. She’s quiet undersaddle and on the ground. She’s also been used as a mounted patrol horse! She’s got all the presence in the world to control traffic but is as gentle as a kitten when new people want to come say hi! This is a horse with an unbeatable resume. She will stand tied to he groomed and loved on all day. Aurora would be a great trail horse, mounted patrol horse or family horse.
