We are preparing to sell the farm, so this girl needs to find a new forever home. Fanny, ( aka Fancy of Nieman Marcus) is an 18 yr old mare who would be an awesome trail riding partner. She is a big boned 15 hands tall and has a nice ground covering trot that is SMOOTH. She can go English or Western but does not neck rein. She is very responsive off your leg. She will go through water, over tarps, has lived with cows, and is not afraid to be around a horse pulling a carriage. She is good in the arena and on trails. She can cantor and will get better with more work. She trailers fine, ties, cross ties, bathes, clips, stands for the vet and farrier and has EXCELLENT ground manners. She is currently barefoot and will come with her own bridle. She has just come back from from a 30 day refresher boot camp. The trainer recommends that her new owner be at least an advanced beginner.
