Playin Midnight Jazz RLF (aka “Bentley”/“Benny”) - 5 year old, solid black registered Missouri Fox Trotter gelding. Stands right at 15 hands and is built like a brick house.

We have owned Benny since he was a 2 year old and own his sire as well. His sire is Jb’s Cacao, a 2x world grand champion model horse. He definitely has his daddy’s build! His dam is by MoJazz and out of a daughter of Missouri Traveler.

Benny Boy is a total delight. He is very laid back and easy to work with. If Benny had a theme song, it would be “don’t worry, be happy.” He is a really quiet boy that just loves to chill. If you are looking for speed demon, this is not your horse. We’ve put him a in variety of challenging situations on the trail and he has always responded really sensibly.

He’s happy to lead or follow on the trail. He’s been packed, hobbled, roped on, etc. Knows leg cues, stops on your seat, etc. He has a really nice handle on him.

Benny has a nice, rhythmic fox trot that he will perform on a loose rein. He has zero pace to his movement. He has a smooth, easy lope as well.
