If you don't like horses that mosey from place-to-place Dutch is your guy. He loves to go and walk out on a loose rein all day long. Dutch is not spooky and by no means does he run away with you. He just likes to go forward. Dutch has impeccable ground manners and is the farrier's favorite. He loads, clips, trailers, and really does anything quietly and perfect. That said he is not a beginner horse under saddle, he needs someone with confidence because he is forward. His gait is big and ground covering, and he would probably also make an excellent endurance horse. He has extensive professional dressage training but prefers the be outside of the ring. He will go through water with pleasure and crossed his chest high ice-cold rushing creek during the winter frequently. We are looking for a very good fit for him, he deserves it.
