Skeeter is a cute little 2yo filly with tons of potential and ready to be started in any direction you choose. She has had some basic ground work completed, and will continue to refine her ground working skills until sold. She still needs to learn to load in the trailer and pick up her feet, otherwise she can be caught, leads (move hindquarters, back, follow pressure, etc.), and ties. She is slowly being introduced to scarier objects for desensitizing and will be ready for saddle with some consistency in training. Skeeter is currently owned by a youth rider who is learning as she goes and has realized a yearling-2 yr old horse project is too much for her level at this time and wants to focus to learn more horsemanship skills on her broke horse first. Skeeter does well with an experienced handler and retains lessons learned. She is on the smaller side with her damn only being 12 hands and sire at 15, she probably won't be very big. She is flashy with stripped legs and being a dun/tobiano she has the dorsal strip, rear stockings, front socks and a couple of spots on her sides. She wants to please and needs a confident handler to excel. Pics or videos upon request. Price negotiable.
