Django is 8 years old, 14 hands tall, and weighs 1100 pounds! Extremely shapey and flashy, with a lot of bone and substance. Handsome black and white paint, with 4 big stocking legs, good mane and tail, with the biggest kind eye. Great disposition, laid back, and a puppy dog personality. Definitely a head turner where ever he goes!
Django has great ground manners! Will meet you in the pasture to be caught, stands like a perfect gentleman to groom, tack up, bridle, get on, tie, and bathe. Gentle and safe 365 days a year, and will suit just about everyone!
Django has been started in the arena
W/T/L nice circles, picks up both leads, and can really stop. One handed neck rein, nice ground covering walk, and stops off your seat. He has been used to push cattle at some ropings and also started learning tricks, to bow and lay down. He is laid back where ever he goes, but rides outstanding outside and on the trails! Carries the flag, packs the tarp, and doesn’t mind it flying around him or thru his legs. Rides quiet thru busy downtown, along the hectic access road of I-35 with no care, thru the water, crosses over logs, and up or down any trail you point him too! Rides really quiet and smooth, alone or with a group.
Django is an extremely easy keeper, and pastures good alone or with a group of horses. Up to date on coggins, farrier, and teeth. He sells 100% sound.
