Carousel is a 13 year old, 14.3 hand Andalusian mare. She was a broodmare and had 2 beautiful foals. At the beginning of 2022, she was started under saddle, and has been making steady progress. She would love to be a trail horse. She is calm, relaxed, and rarely spooks. She can even go bareback in a halter. She has been all over roads, was excellent at the beach, and Twin Rivers. In the arena, she is forward and is still working on her canter leads and transitions. She has excellent ground manners and trailers well. She has gone to 2 schooling shows and placed in English W/T and costume. Can go English or Western. Sound, UTD on vaccines and just had her teeth done by an equine dentist. She had a full pre-purchase exam with some x-rays in April 2022. She wears front shoes but can go barefoot. She has always lived in a pasture with mares. Easy keeper. She needs a calm, confident female rider because she is very smart and sensitive. Has a very sweet, kind heart and has never bucked or reared with us.
