Putting our gelding up for sale. Registered paint, 15 years old, 16.2. He’s a beautiful horse with lots of knowledge, just too much for horse for my husband. He comes with quirks and maintenance. He does best with a confident rider who is comfortable being a leader as Zander is a strong minded horse. A strong intermediate and up rider in a program where he can be worked minimum 4/5 days a week would be best. He has been a lesson horse, but is not what I would call a kids horse yet as he does test his riders. With proper maintenance can do lower jumps, but don’t think he can go full time anymore. He was ridden by teenager as a hunter before we got him. He gets yearly coffin joint and knee injections. If doing lighter stuff, might not need as often. Good for baths, clips, ties, farrier and trailer. Up to date on vaccines and teeth.

He bonds very closely with his person. He’s great on the trail and has been to the beach. He’s ready to find his very own person! We love him, just don’t have the time that he needs. Vet check welcome at buyer’s expense. Vet records and X-rays available. DM for other details.

Currently he is at Connerstone Ranch in Sultan, WA with Evan Bonner completing 60 days of training.
