“Jake” is a lovely young gelding looking for his new forever partner. He’s sound, sane, and incredibly flashy with his rare colored coat and striking blue eyes. He’s been hauled out a bunch and will go wherever you point him. Climbs right in the trailer and backs out, stands tied well and is quiet for saddling, crossties, ponies, lunges, great for farrier and overall is just a complete gentleman with a solid foundation. Currently at around 30 rides under saddle this big guy has proven himself to be a solid mount in any direction you’d like to take him. He will be extremely easy to finish and take any direction, great for someone who doesn’t have tons of experience but wants to train their own. He rides around confident in the arena (w/t/c, knows his leads, stop, back, yield to leg), he’s RARELY spooky, and can be lazy when out of shape. When ridden consistently I just climb on and go. He has so many great characteristics and could be great for so many different disciplines. Jake has not been officially tested, but is believed to be deaf since his sire is, and he’s non reactive to loud sounds and has always remained extremely trainable.
