Mia is an experienced mare with extensive training in Dressage, from the introductory level through first level, with some experience through second level. Mia is spectacular and the only reason we are leasing and possibly selling her is because as a fresh college graduate, I don't have the time or the finances to ride her the way she deserves. With USDF she is registered as La Bailarina and has an impressive array of first-place test scores in the training and introductory levels across registered shows in Texas. Additionally, Mia is a Grand Champion at the introductory level for the Southern Region (SWDC). She is also a combined training schooling show champion at the training level and has previously qualified for Pony Club Nationals at the D3 level. She has shown and placed extensively in show jumping as well. Mia is incredibly smart and a quick learner of new skills. She also has great scope, superb confirmation, and is overall quite athletic. It requires effort and consistency to bond with her, but once you have she is very protective and trusting of her rider. Because of this, she is adept at pursuing disciplines like cross-country, intensive trail riding, and more. She even has experience fox-hunting and swimming. Additionally, she has great ground manners and loves to be bathed. Mia needs an experienced rider who is looking to consistently train and perform with her. She is a wonderful horse and I am confident that anyone leasing her will love her just as much as I do.
