2018 APHA Gelding by APHA World Champion Kissin The Girls Located in Eagle Creek Performance prospect. Sound, currently barefoot, hauls well, classy mover. Started in the curb, learning self-carriage, suitable for pattern or rail work. Needs finishing by a confident rider or a youth working with a coach. He knows the basics and would excel in any performance discipline, Western or English. Trail riding/mountain trail is his favorite. He crosses obstacles, can pack a flag, has sorted cows, had a rope thrown off him, and knows some reining basics. He is a carrier of the MYHM gene and could potentially be diagnosed. However, we didn’t have this knowledge when we bought him but he has never shown any signs of contracting it. I believe it is a fairly common gene, especially in the pleasure-bred world, as something that most people are unaware of in their horses. It usually doesn’t affect horses between the ages of 5-17. Price reflects this. The reason for sale is we just don't have a lot of time for him anymore. contact me at 503-819-6683 (text or call) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9PueMO6-Zs&authuser=0 I have pictures too :)
