Nearly 17 hand 9 yr Andalusian gelding. Branded, not papered. Long, flowing mane and tail. Super sweet and gentle demeanor. Very well behaved. Always trying to please the rider. Forward going and energetic under saddle. He’s been in dressage training for the last year and a half.
Valiente is an Excellent trail horse. English or Western. Rides to the beach and swims in the water. He will lead or follow. He’s very good trotting and cantering with other horses on the trail.
He’s been used as a lesson horse, ridden English and Western, taken all over the trails alone and in groups.
Valiente has excellent ground manners and is very gentle and easy to handle. Clips, ties, trailers. Up to date on vaccines, worming, shoes.
Under saddle he is sensitive and forward moving. If you like a horse with some pep, he’s the one for you. He’s sound and healthy. No vices.
The owner has two horses and can’t keep up with riding both, that’s the only reason he’s for sale.
He stands quietly at the mounting block. Direct ties or cross ties. Stands for vet and farrier.
He goes on the equicizer or turnout daily.

He lives in a 16 x 16 box stall with a large run. He eats mostly Bermuda and some alfalfa. He is excellent on the lunge line and responds perfectly to voice commands. He’s ridden 5 days per week. We ride him in either a snaffle or Pelham. Located in South San Diego near Imperial Beach.
