Located in southwest Idaho, 15 miles from Boise. You Tube Link: https://youtu.be/7f18sU68GgI Arrow is a gorgeous horse with excellent bone and muscle and a beautiful head. He is from old, western foundation lines, neck reins great, and is athletic and sure footed. Healthy and sound. He has a super smooth rack and running walk and stays consistently in gait— just sit in the saddle and hold the reins. Arrow is a steady, dependable trail partner; he is great through water, bridges, downfall, mud/bogs, brush, wildlife, etc. Great with dogs, motorcycles and ATVs. He has been high lined and been on many overnight camping trips. Rides anywhere in the group and rides the same with one horse or ten. Can sit for months and then be pulled out of the pasture and ridden like it was yesterday. He is happy to walk slow with non gaited folk or faster with gaited horses (if you are experienced with gaited horses, you know this is a big plus).. He is easy to handle and likes people and attention. He catches, tacks up, loads, shoes, bathes, clips, and is great for the farrier and vet. Arrow would suit a confidant, beginner adult rider or intermediate youth, He can paw in the horse trailer, when traveling by himself, and when separated from his buddies. He can be a little pushy on the ground, at first with a new person, but does not have a mean bone in his body; he is respectful once boundaries are set. He has been owned by the same gentleman for the last 8 years, but his wife can no longer ride and they made the very hard decision to sell their horses. I have already helped sell the wife’s horse and am now looking for a good home for Arrow. I borrowed him, for 3 months last summer, as my personal trail horse. I thoroughly enjoyed riding him and you will too! Thank you for reading and watch the you tube video to see how nice he is! https://youtu.be/7f18sU68GgI
