Frank Sinatra, a 12 year old gelding named for his show stopping blue eyes, is a horse owner’s dream: as sweet as can be and easy to care for. He’s a laid back gentle horse who’s incredibly forgiving for a novice rider but would flourish with an experienced mount. Frank stands patiently for the farrier, vet, chiropractor and his massage. He is 100% traffic safe with passing cars and comfortable with dodging barking dogs. He trailers well and is a barn favorite! Frank loves and respects all, including small children and gets along with other horses. At 16’3, 1350 pounds, Frank has correct confirmation, a developed top line, strong bones and solid hooves (both barefoot and with shoes). As a novice rider on my only trail ride with Frank at Wyman’s, he crossed two streams and a bridge with ease. Frank has three lovely gaits: a relaxed and confident forward walk, a well defined trot, and an easy and correct cantor (much more collected now thanks to my trainer). He has beautiful transitions, a good stop and back, and knows his leads. Frank is well started on his lateral movements and shows great potential for dressage. Frank came to me having experience in English, Western, Driving (even for a beginner), Fox Hunts, hundreds of miles of state parks, as well as schooled in jumping and lower level dressage. Please watch the YouTube video from the previous owner!! https://youtu.be/GVQPqbkBkx4 It is stunning!!! Frank is up to date on all vaccinations, dental, bodywork and was recently shod. Come fall in love with this beautiful blue eyed hunk!
