We were there the day Phantom swam across the ocean to Chincoteague Island! It will be difficult to say goodbye, but we want someone who is experienced with driving to take him to the next level. He is green broke for western riding. He is also well-started under harness to pull a cart. He is kind, funny, and smart. Phantom shakes hands (just like his ancestor “Misty”) consistently using only a voice command. We are working on a couple other tricks but have not perfected them yet. He stands tied patiently, both in the barn and to the trailer. He does not kick or bite and is safe to walk behind while tied in the barn. He is easy to trim, vaccinate and worm, and load and unload in the trailer. You can clip his bridle path with no issues. He is 13.1h. He is up to date on all vaccines and worming. Phantom is high energy under saddle and harness so we would not recommend him for kid’s horse. He is tall enough for an adult to ride. He has not been on pasture so has never foundered.
