Rainy is an energetic forward lady with a lot of stamina. She prefers a confident soft handed rider. She needs someone who is willing to put in the time to build a relationship with her as she will give her all. She is very pleasant to train and hang out with, she has very nice groundwork skills, and does most things at liberty. I have enjoyed bringing this horse back into riding. I was told she was too much and too fast for a past owner. Her previous owner unfortunately did not have the time and she was not ridden for 2 years. Rainy has done extremely well on trails even in hackamore and jumped back into riding despite the gap. Gets along with every horse I have had her with. She is ok around livestock. Will pony other horses. Trailers well. Not spooky, not much bothers her. If it does she will settle and won't care after a few repetitions. Currently just on orchard grass, no supplements.


Stands for the farrier, can be kept barefoot, she has good feet! Teeth done Oct 26 2023.  Price is negotiable. 600 a month for lease onsite only if good match.
