Gorgeous and fun to ride. He has a loveable happy temperament that is always excited to see you! He is the horse that will gallop across pasture to meet you. Loves to please and is a smooth comfortable ride.

Anzio is responsive and moves off your legs and seat. Can do side passing, hind and fore turns, opens gates from the saddle, He has extensive trail riding experience both as a riding and a pack horse. He is happy riding front, middle or back. He will pony or be ponied off. He has traveled to multiple states, seen wild horses, buffalo, deer, turkeys, cows, goats, sheep. Crosses water, narrow bridges. He travels great, stalls, electric fence, high ties, hobbles. Anzio eats and drinks good while traveling. Not a picky eater.

Anzio has done two LD rides this year with ease taking 9th and 1st place. He is planning to be at the Charity Cup in, MN and Fort Robinson, NE this September. Anzio shows good potential as an endurance horse. He tends to run low heart rates while on a ride and pulses down quickly.

Anzio is an easy horse to ride but he can get excited and needs a confident rider that can redirect him. HE currently rides in a hackamore and goes barefoot or boots when needed.
