With the perfect age of 12 and a comfortable height of 16hh, this stunning registered paint gelding can be ridden by anyone, young and old, experienced and novice, anywhere you point him. Bridges? Bring it on! Water? No problem. Trailer? He loves it.
Ziggy is great for sorting and pushing cows on the range, or chasing calves during roping events. He excels at barrels and gymkhanas with beginners. He places 4D cold on the pattern and will only go as fast as asked.
Our professional world champion trainer Jewel started him on poles, where he easily ran mid 20s, with tons of room to improve.
Ziggy truly is a smooth push button, who does anything you ask of him.
On the trail Ziggy is careful with his feet in all terrain, not being spooked by anything: deer, dogs, rabbits or birds don’t bother him. Neither does traffic.
His gaits are smooth as pudding, and he hasn’t shown signs of barn sourness, even when he has to leave his favorite mare!
Ziggy is great for the farrier, stands while tied, loads and trailers well, will drink and eat while traveling. Simply a joy to work with. This friendly boy is an easy keeper with no maintenance.
