Looking for an on-site half lease, located in Northville, MI.

Vixen is an 11 yo registered Arabian mare, 15.0 hh. Most of her training has been in dressage, shown successfully through first level. We are currently schooling second level and have begun to introduce some of the third level movements.

We have also competed in high school equestrian team showing various events like Saddle Seat, Hunt Seat, and even a little reining. She has also been on some trail riding trips and has done well. She is a super sweet "in your pocket" mare who loves attention. Vixen is a sensitive and energetic horse who is eager to please but needs an experienced rider to give her accurate cues. No beginners please. She is also not the largest and most robustly built horse, so a well-matched rider in terms of size is a requirement.

We are looking for a leaser due to rider's college and work commitments. Leasee would be provided use of all barn amenities including a full-size indoor dressage arena, outdoor arena, 2 miles of riding trails, a heated bathroom and viewing room. Barn is privately owned and quiet. Tack and feed will be provided.
