Strawberry has been my husband’s horse for 14 years. Now my husband is ready to quit riding, so Strawberry needs a new rider. Strawberry is sweet, gentle and trusting. He is a well bred registered TWH (DOB July 2, 2005), 18 years old, and 16 hands. He is very smooth with a natural running walk. He can go in front or in the back on trail rides, and can slow walk behind non-gaited horses. He is also fine alone. This horse is exceptionally non-reactive to things such as bicycles, hikers, dogs and all of the front country things we run into all of the time. He is good to trailer, load, tie, shoe, bathe, and apply fly spray. Easy to catch. Likes to go! No kick, bite, buck or rear. Calm to handle from the ground. Not jumpy at all! No special needs. UTD on vaccinations, teeth, and worming. We would keep him, but he is not ready to retire and I can’t ride 3 horses. A good home is a must. $4,000.
