He is dead beginner safe wtc and rides English / western and in or out of the ring, and jumps around x rail courses and single oxers. Trail riding seems to be is favorite thing to do besides eating but he will go anywhere. Barefoot and sound!
He would be excellent for therapeutic riding as well with his calm laid back demeanor.
Captain has a puppy dog personally all day long and loves other horses too! We are working on teaching him to stay on the rail in the arena a bit better since he was primarily a trail horse with his last owner, who was a elderly lady. And speaking of trails he is just the very best trail horse you can ask for. In fact he is so happy walking around out there and munching on whatever he can grab that he didn’t even realize his bridle fell off him, not once, but twice when my beginner son was riding him . He goes through water and will lead or follow anytime anywhere and is not spooky!
He also has a lead change, and I think he would benefit from being in a lesson program since he is safe for children. Great for all riders, adults and kids. He is a easy keeper, will live in or out with no vices. He is a barn favorite. Don’t miss out on the awesome boy!!
