Maple is a 12 year old quarter horse mare. She is up to date on vet and farrier. She is such a sweet Mare who has a lot of try and is an awesome trail horse. Maple is the kind of mare that is OK being alone and doesn’t need a buddy, but is also good with others and keeps to her self. She is so kind and gentle. Good around my one year-old son and dogs. Great ground manners. She is also super fun to ride! She is calm and collected on the trails, but in the arena she has a little bit of spice. When worked regularly, she is a pleasure to ride. When letting her sit for a while and pulling her out to ride, she has a little spice, but totally safe and loves to just go. She has the mind to calm right back down and tries really hard for you. I really do love this mare. The reason for selling is no fault of hers, unfortunately, it’s due to financially not being able to afford owning a horse anymore. I want to make sure she’s in a safe and loving home.
