Jon Baptiste was born at our ranch and raised here and is a well papered Missouri Foxtrotter. 15 hands tall and athletically built. He loads a trailer, stands for a farrier, loves to be groomed and will picket line. He is a trail horse and has ridden the Okie-Arkie Cloverleaf for the last 3 years and has also been to the high country above Pecos, NM. He can take point on the trail, ride the Grand Entry at Old Fort Days in Fort Smith and cross any creek you ask him to. Easy to catch…. will put his head down and tilts it to you. He is affectionate (kisses better than most men). Rides in a snaffle bit, sides up to be mounted, opens gates and "sits" a stop. In June of this year he went to a 3 day Clinton Anderson Fundamentals Workshop in Ozark, Arkansas.
