'Portia Cayenne Afire' had training thru 2nd level dressage/schooling third, was shown Halter, Hunter Pleasure+ before we purchased in 2016. Evaluated on conformation and movement by international judges as a PSG National level horse. Portia appreciates soft hands and works off your seat with a rider that is balanced and in sync with her. Since we've had Portia, she has been used by both novice riders, young and old, with lessons and/or supervision, with more experienced riders on their own, after they have shown that they can work independently. Portia is well behaved for grooming, tacking up, cleaning hooves (can hold her foot up with one finger), and is easy to trim. Can mount/dismount with or without a mounting block. Easy keeper, no extra maintenance and no supplements. Portia is healthy, has fluid movement, and is gorgeous too. Excellent with vet, injections, drawing blood, dental, etc. Up to date on deworming, Flu/Tet, hoof trim, and dental October 5th. My first choice of owners is with a confident intermediate rider that could spend time with Portia (refreshes quickly with a knowledgeable rider, if you might like to do some show classes). Excellent stall manners and good in the pasture with other horses or alone. Her stall is open to paddock where she can come and go as she pleases. Multiple visits will be welcome to get familiar with Portia (and ride), along with your own pre-purchase exam, trainer's evaluation. $6850/cash (or cashier's check). Set up for Winter now (freshened up arena/paddocks) and can provide full care board for $15 a day if some time is needed to relocate her to your barn. No trades, etc. Please call (three six zero) 366-3631 (landline, no texting) for more information. Thank you.
