Sugar has been used in a variety of disciplines but she excels on the trails. Surefooted and willing to go wherever you point her. We have explored the mountains in Colorado and Oregon logging trails. She has been used as a lesson horse for beginners just learning to ride. She has been shown in 4H and some local shows usually in English pleasure.
We purchased her as a weanling in poor health so she was a somewhat a spoiled pet for a few years. She had 30 days of pro training and was turned over to us to finish out. She was going to be my husbands horse but she didn't fit him or vice versa so she was used by a variety of riders usually young girls. She is currently leased by a gal who is using her for dressage and jumping. Sugar is not suited for serious jumping so the leasor wants a higher level mount to continue. So sadly Sugar is now available as we have moved to Texas and she is still being boarded in Oregon. We are open to leasing or selling but she MUST go to an excellent lifetime home with a buyback option. We can arrange transportation. Text for photos and more information.
