Cinch is a nice gelding who will do just about anything you ask. He is well trained, suitable for novice/ammature rider. Does arena work, knows his lead departures and stops off your seat. Ridden in a small argentine bit or snaffle depending on what I'm doing with him, one hand rein or two hands, whichever you want. He has been hauled extensively for camping, trail riding, ranch sorting and to barrel races. Will hang around with the crowd or tie all day by the trailer. Loads himself in any trailer, ramp or step up, just throw the lead rope over his back and tell him to load. Backs off trailer nicely. He has been used for overnight camping trips and high-lines beautifully, or ties to the trailer. He crosses water, mud, bridges, you name it and he will do it if you ask. Trail rides alone (but whinnies and looks around), or with a small group. He does not care for large group rides, but has been on several. Just would not recommend for a beginner on those. He has been used for ranch sorting, had a rope thrown off of him a lot (just at roping dummies), and has been taken on trail challenge course and did great, so would probably be good for that type of competition also. Also, could probably be shown in ranch riding competitions, as he does have all the buttons needed. Ridden Western, but could go English. He is up to date on all shots and worming, shod every six weeks (but could go barefoot, great feet) and behaves for the farrier. He does not require any extra maintenance and is a very easy keeper (alfalfa and bermuda). Videos are available upon request, and I have lots of pictures also. Willing to answer any questions you might have and willing to facetime you in front of gelding if you'd like. Price is negotiable to the right home.
