RR 14 and clear. GI sounds in all quadrants. Teeth are in good condition and do not need floating. Eyes: No abnormal findings. Sound at a walk and trot straight line and in circles. No lameness after upper or lower limb flexions fore and rear. No soreness of the neck, back, or pelvis on palpation. Trainer reports no issues with the horse and has been sound/riding very well."
