Introducing 2011 HAHR gelding - Starswept In Kahoots 15.1 hands, bay w/dorsal stripe. Sire AQHA Powerful Legacy, Dam Khemosabi Arabian "Indy" is gentle and consistent. He has been in professional training for two years (Western Dressage). Been brought along slow and steady, not rushed. Currently being ridden 5-10 hours per week, consistently. Mostly helping teach lessons and guide trail rides. Just saddle him up and go! He knows all ground work and round pens like a total pro. Rides off the property up the neighborhood road 2-3x per week. He leg yields and bends both ways, will flex at the poll. His default is nice easy steady and slow gaits. Easy and soft halt. He is very confident in his job and trusting of his rider. Extremely sweet and personable. Impeccable ground manners. Went to his first show on Sunday, rode the same as he does at home. Trailers easy. He is good with cars, dogs, kids, tractors, he has been flagged and had a rope thrown off of him. He is ready for his new person! Finish him your way. I am genuinely sad to let this horse go. But he is ready, and I have two other project horses to focus on now. Barefoot, sound, UTD on all care. No injuries or maintenance. Clean straight legs, healthy feet. Bonus is that he is neat in his stall, making cleaning a breeze! This horse is the total package and the picture of health! He will make someone a very happy and proud owner! I think he could really go in any direction, Western or English, or do both in the All-Around! He could excel as an English performance horse, low level dressage, or Pony Club. Western Dressage or Cowboy Dressage. He has not jumped, but I am sure he would be game to give it a try! He likes the arena but would also be perfectly happy going up the trails. Ideally, I would like to see him going to a home with a trainer involved, so that I know he will be used consistently and finished out to ride up to his potential. He loves to have a job and he can easily go all day! I will not sell him to a gymkhana home, he thrives on a steady connection with his rider and I just don't see that happening in gymkhana sports. If he checks all of your boxes, please text me to talk about if he would be a good fit for you.
