Phoenix was a rescue from a severe neglect case. He's on the mend and is gaining weight well. He is from the same place my main lesson horse was rescued from so I'm going to assume he is broke. Due to him being under weight I haven't tried saddling him or doing anything like that with him. He has been just on the mend and is close enough now I feel comfortable to rehome him to his future people. Looking for the best care for this boy and people to love him. He's super sweet and quiet.
