Cool is a cool horse. He is a big boy, who loves people. He really likes attention. He is well started and has been ridden in the mountains. He had ridden lead and ponying another horse behind him. You can put a raincoat on while riding him, and he isn't bothered by ropes around his feet, saddle bags, gun scabbards. He will stand to be saddled, and you can mount him from logs, rocks, or whatever you can find to help you get on. He will stand for you to get on. He is starting to figure out neck reining but doesn't fully neck rein yet. He is a quick learner, but it's hard to teach neck reining going down the trail. Cool is going to make someone a great horse. He has lots of potential. He was started in the arena and will lope nice circles. We only ride in the mountains though, so that's all we have done with him. I have done some round pen desensitization with him. You can through the lead rope anywhere all over his body and he will stand still.
