16.2hh, 15 year old, TB Gelding.
“Jack” is available due to no fault of his own. I have selfishly kept him on the back burner through many life changes including work and having kids. Although it absolutely kills me to let him go, he deserves his own person and attention. He is a safe, sound, handsome guy that aims to please.
3 comfortable gaits, and well schooled on lateral type movements as he was once shown dressage…Want a horse you can take a riding lesson on, hack around the farm, trail ride, take to paper chases, XC school, potentially fox hunt (never been but I bet he’d love it), ride on the beach…He’s your guy! Rides in a loose ring snaffle. He will also stand for hours to be groomed and loved on. A true teddy bear personality.
As previously mentioned, he has been on the back burner, ridden lightly over the last few years & used sparingly in a collegiate program. He’s completed a 60+ day refresher with a local trainer who was getting him back in shape and he has excelled!
His ideal home is someone looking for a companion to do a “little bit of everything” including trails, paper chases, etc.
UTD on coggins, vax, farrier, dentist & chiropractic. Good feet. Trailers wonderfully. A truly respectable gentleman.
