King is a long legged Dun that can be ridden English or Western. He has an extended trot as well as a comfy jog and lope. Picks up his leads easily. Very responsive to leg, rein and seat cues. Has had a rope thrown off him and dragged a cow slider. He has been ridden amongst cows, and just as happy in the arena. Not to fast; not to slow. Easy shoulders over, hips over and initial two tracking. Direct and neck reins. Nice breeding lines include MR SAN PEPPY, SMOKEY TEJON, EDDIE 70, HAPPY HANCOCK 19, DRIFTWOOD IKE, and EDDIE BLUE HANCOCK. Started slow and given time for proper bone fusion before being ridden. Trained with natural horsemanship methods. Strong foundation skills ready to finish in one or more specialized disciplines. Walks, trots and canters on a loose rein. Stops great with seat. All proceeds go to Camp Rock of Georgia, a faith based 501c3 organization, that serves at risk youth and is also a foster placement agency. Camp Rock offers overnight camp, equine therapy, and life skills training for foster children and at risk youth.
