This is a darling 17 year old 14.1hh grade QH type mare. Tawny is a well broke mare with a few fancy buttons and plenty of energy. She has her own motor and really likes to work so for that reason she isn’t suited to a beginner. She would make someone a really great partner for the trails, cow sorting or western dressage. She does everything a solid citizen should do such as stand for the farrier, load/haul quietly, stand for bathes, clip and stand tied. We recently had an obstacle day where she went over a teeter-totter, over tarps, through a water box; encountered bags filled with cans, umbrellas, balloons and many other different obstacles and stimuli without batting an eye at any of it! This is the perfect horse for a confident teen or adult looking for a partner in crime. Tawny is an exceptionally sweet and special mare that we are looking for the best fit and forever home for. She is currently barefoot but should be shod if she is in full work or trail riding. She is sound and up to date on all vet and farrier care.
