This is Iris, a 7 year old, 15.0-15.1 HH sorrel tobiano Tenessee walker mare. Iris is an all around family horse with a great personality. She has been taken on trails all over the mountains and will cross water and go through any obstacle without a problem. We have also taken her out on long trails with tons of traffic in the middle of the night, and it doesn’t bother her whatsoever. She has great ground manners, she stands tied patiently, she picks up her feet and is perfect for the farrier, she loads and unloads, stands to be tacked, brushed, mounted, and bathed. She is up to date on everything, and recently got front shoes. Iris has no past or recent health issues, no vices, and is 100% sound. She has smooth gaits and is very comfortable to ride.
