Off the Track Thoroughbred. Todo retired approximately two years ago after a successful career on the racetrack. He was a barn favorite and has a great attitude for grooming, vetting, hauling, etc. He’s good with dogs and little kids too. He was purchased last year as an eventing and trail riding prospect for an adult amateur. He loves jumping, hopping over 3’ fences with ease in schooling. He has potential as a hunter. He will not be able to do dressage due to injuries sustained on the track. That said, he has been 100% sound since purchase. He has shown some promise as a trail horse, but needs more miles on the trail before he could be called a “trail horse” per se. He won’t be suitable for eventing, which was the plan when he was purchased. He has fairytale good looks and great ground manners. He would work well for an intermediate rider working with a trainer or a trainer looking for a hunter or trail riding prospect. He could also be suitable as a companion horse, although it would be a shame to retire him completely, as he definitely has potential and plenty of miles left on him. Full vet records available on request. Serious inquiries only please. A good home is a must.
