Ciar is lots of fun and extremely willing and personable. Ciar: 10 year old mare 3/4 tb 1/4 Hanoverian She went to the world western dressage show in Oklahoma last month and showed first level all scores were 63-68 in all four tests. She did compete through novice eventing, but was not very brave as the jumps got bigger. She schooled training level cross country a few times and was not brave enough and didn’t enjoy that. She is fine to pop over little jumps. Can ride English, western, and bareback. Has gotten comments from 4 or 5 different dressage judges on how consistent her tests are. Can do all first level moves Ciar has been working on walk canter transitions, shoulder in, and haunches in, but would needs more consistent work to get stronger in them. I haven’t worked on them a lot yet. Her lowest scores right now are her lengthenings. Has trail ridden, done an into endurance ride. I’ve ponied several horses off her. She has participated in a couple of cattle clinics, a mounted archery clinic, and has done obstacle work. She had her hocks injected this summer. I generally do magna wave every 3 weeks or so through show season and chiro once or twice a year. She is pasture 24/7. She is mostly chill, but gets spicy when weather changes. Not really spicy at shows though. Ciar is not too forward, but not a dead head. She has done well with other riders that are confident ( including my 10 year old) she doesn’t do as well with a timid tense rider, but she is not a difficult ride. I have owned her since she was a yearling and I would love to find her a perfect home.
