Cisco is a handsome, playful 7 year old gelding with show ring experience in-hand in Open Sporthorse Geldings. He has successfully completed a 25 mile LD Endurance Ride (November 26th) and vetted very well, with his HR coming in after 18 miles at a 52. The vets loved him and had nothing but great things to say about him for his first ride. He recovered beautifully and is definitely prepared to do more. Cisco is a well-conditioned performance horse, so a confident rider would be best to help him settle into a sustainable ride pace.
Cisco has experience pushing cattle, opening and closing gates, having riders take off their jackets while mounted, and can successfully do flying lead changes when asked out on the trail (and they’re so pretty to watch!). He loves to jump ditches or branches, and his favorite thing ever at the barn is his jolly ball.
He’s been recently started over fences, and can pick up a lead change on the rail or over a fence. Definite prospect for multiple rings! Has been shown over fences
He’s a very fun gelding, full of personality, with the looks to catch anyone’s eye.
