Troyer is gorgeous 6 y/o gelding standing 14.3 hh wearing a number 2 shoe. He is built to carry anyone from a child to a heavier rider with no problem. Stands for the Ferrier and is easy to groom, bathe and clip. Perfect cross tie manners. He doesn’t move to be saddled or bridled and stands great for mounting. He is easy to catch and will stall happily. Troyer is great on trails, crosses bridges, water, logs and is sure footed on steep hills. He will lead or follow and is not pushy what so ever.
Troyer one hand neck reins, has a great handle, lopes and correct circles. He will lay down and sit up upon command. Troyer does just about anything from carrying flags, dragging objects, crossing tarps, open and closes gates, lowers his head and bridles easily and he will side pass to the mounting block with the snap of your fingers!!
Troyer drives well in the team and has been used to do chores on the farm such as hauling manure, cut and move hay. He also works well by himself, he has been used on the buggy to take the family to church or go on pleasure drives in town.
Whether trail riding, farm chores or pleasure drives Troyer handles various tasks with ease.
