Lil Man Poncho is a 17 year old, approximately 14.3 h Spotted Saddle horse. He is an experienced trail horse who was started with a solid Parelli foundation and is looking for a new trail partner. Offered for sale due to no fault of his own, this gelding will make a great partner for an intermediate or up rider who has some gaited horse experience. He is gaited (obviously), a slightly more forward ride who at the same time isn’t running off. He has seen everything there is to see on the trail, from water to bridges, no spook, no buck, no rear. He rides in a hackmore, but does understand neck reining. He is an easy keeper, currently barefoot with no need for shoes, he gets along with everyone in the field and tends to be on the bottom of the pecking order in the herd. He trailers easily, ties, cross ties, stands for the farrier, to be clipped, and for shots. He is UTD on all vaccinations but WILL need and updated coggins as his is expired. He is a light cribber (cribs only when stressed), which is easily controlled by his collar, and has no other vices.
