He has the typical in your pocket sweet natured attitude no kicking or biting , he will meet you out in the pasture along with in a stall he comes to you when the door is opened, this boy is a true gentleman that absolutely loves attention!
Jagger will load & unload in a trailer fine, he is well behaved for the veterinarian and farrier, he doesn’t mind taking a bath and being groomed! Jagger is an all around horse that is just enjoyable to spend time with by in the saddle or just giving him loves & treats!
Jagger is a non spooky horse, he has a naturally calm demanor while being ridden on the country roads surrounding our home, in the busy town, or in the rugged trails we have in Southeastern Kentucky meeting the occasional turkey or deer in the trails you dont have to worry with him bolting or jumping with fear…Jagger is a horse that could be used as a trail mount to build confidence to a rider that needs the assurance of a safe trail ride! Jagger has been used in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky most of his life, and let me tell you this gentle boy definitely knows how to endure the rugged trails, he has a heart to keep up all day in the trails but doesn’t mind walking on a loose rein as well when asked just enjoying the scenery…Jagger would make a wonderful horse as a endurance horse or if someone is just looking for a good trail horse this boy would make a great fit for you!
