I assure you that I am not selling an incompetent or dangerous horse. My intention is genuine, & I am not a scammer or going to withhold information about this horse. If you have sincere interest, I am more than willing to share all the information about her. The decision to sell is not based on behavioral issues or loss of interest, but rather on life circumstances, major reason- I tore 3 ligament in my elbow and may need surgery, this injury is hindering my ability to properly tack up or ride- or do any sport for that matter. I would like for her to go to a home where she is loved and cared for and would have a companion, as right now she is fine being alone, but obviously needs a companion. * Don’t let her age fool you, she is lively as a 10 year old and is very quick footed! Can be go and woah depends on YOUR energy. *Genetic Assurance: Negative for HYPP Gene *Up to date on hoof trimming, dental, vaccines, vet checks, and chiropractic. *Easy Keeper, will eat practically anything. * Has mild arthritis in front carpi- vet cleared- continue to ride as she has a lot of life to live. History of fibrotic myopathy of left hind hamstring muscles (stride seems to be shorter on left hind leg - unknown injuries. Does not hinder her from W/T/L- this does not make her lame. *Needs someone who is assertive, work her in a round pen, love & pet on her, challenge her to do new things. *W/T/L with ease, can get excited with eagerness- rider needs to know how to harness the energy.- preferably intermediate rider- no kicking/pulling reins aggressively that sends mixed messages. *Been there done that trail horse at all elevations. *She has sweet personality and can be "marish" or zesty! *I took her from a friend who's had her since she was a filly, he needed to sell her due spouse health issues *She is NOT ready to retire or be just a stall/meadow companion (although she can be, however, she has a lot to offer!) *Has never attempted to bolt, kick, charge, rear, bite, etc.- can get excited with bucks and farts to let out her energy- never towards humans or out of being aggressive. *Vices: Can sometimes weave her head if she’s bored. Can get buddy sour - but what horse doesn’t! (Got rid of previous proud cut gelding) * Rarely or if ever spooks at anything. Tractors, excavators, side by sides, dirt bikes, spraying water do not bother her. *Hierarchy within horses: Page will stand her ground, however, is not a bully but rather the opposite. * Would be sold with all her things including saddle, hay bags, ropes, halters, wraps, buckets, etc.
