Meet Pal, he is an all-around user-friendly happy-go-lucky kind of guy! This boy is loaded with personality. He is light chestnut with an amazing double mane and gorgeous tail. He stands a solid 14.2hh at 12 years old. He has great bone structure and solid hooves. This boy is put together beautifully. Pal is one of the most docile guys you will meet. He has been trained with natural horsemanship methods and knows how to say yes, no, and will bow and lay down on command! He will stand tied anywhere you want for grooming, pampering, and just to be loved on. He has been used in countless grooming and tacking lessons for some very beginners as he is patient and loves attention. He loves a good bath. He will stand and let you blow dry and braid his beautiful mane and tail. Pal has been used for tons of trail rides, he loves adventures. Pal has been hauled all over the Midwest and is no stranger to woods, water, wildlife, traffic, bicyclists, and any other obstacle you may come across on a trail. He’s been ridden out in the field and down the road. He’s more of a slow and steady kind of guy who will take his time soaking in the scenery. He loves teaching kids and beginners as he has a very calm and kind demeanor. He has been used in kids camp doing arena work. He will walk, trot, canter, and take both leads. He comes equipped with stellar gaits, as he’s one of the most comfortable ponies you will ever sit on. He will stop on a dime and stand patiently. He has been ridden by up to 3 kids at once and has no problem. He’s the ultimate family horse as he’s big enough to carry a full-size adult or several children all at once but yet he’s kind enough to take care of some of the tiniest riders. He’s a confidence building type of guy. Pal lives outside with other horses and he plays very well with them. When you walk outside he’s always one of the first to greet you at the pasture gate. He’s a very easy keeper. Pal has been in several parades, he has carried a flag, all the commotion and loud noises won’t phase him a bit. He is also broke to drive and will do so single or double. He’s been down the road, and in the field! Pal has endless possibilities. He could be a best friend for any family he could fox Hunt, play in pony club, cart classes, show in any laid back discipline such as equitation, showmanship, trail obstacle, or even a hunter under-saddle.
