Meet Jolene. They say you can’t beat the ride of a good mule and we have found that to be true in the case of Jolene. This Molly mule stands 15hh at 8 years old. She is as pretty as a picture in a magazine with a demeanor to match. Jolene will steal your heart at first glance. Jolene has a beautiful candy apple red coat color. She is a stout made girl with great bone structure, making her a great size for most people and most jobs. Jolene just adores people, she’s easy to catch, stands to be groomed, saddled, clipped, and mounted. She has started her liberty training and loves to learn. You won’t find a mule with a personality more like a dog than Jolene. Under-saddle Jolene is just fantastic, she has an easy walk, a smooth jog, and can lope a circle in the palm of your hand. Her mouth is very soft, we generally ride her in a broken snaffle bit. She will work off of your seat/leg and body movement. We have ridden her to town, in traffic, around crowds and she enjoys all the attention. We have had her on numerous trail rides and camping trips. There’s no brush too thick, no hills too steep and no creek too deep for her. She will safely take you where you want to go. She rides English, western and even bareback. She’s also worked around many dogs and has no issues with them. Jolene has been used to pasture rope cattle and pony racehorses to the track. We have had her in different obstacle classes and she’s extremely handy. She can jump from a halt or you can ride her around a course of hunter fences. When you saddle her up English, she is extremely elegant and will navigate a course better than most horses. She is hands down the coolest, most well trained and rideable mule I have ever owned.
