Really cool Shetland Pony Gelding, I have made the difficult decision to finally list him for sale. He has been shown in driving at Congress and is in the Hall of Fame. He has shown in breed shows but think he would really excel in Combined Driving, he seems to really love it. He would be great in a carriage doing a CDE course.
He would be a fun project for an experienced kid or would work well in a program that regularly schools their ponies. He learns quickly and would also do great in an English Program. He could use some more miles in the saddle but he’s so fun, love him out on the trail.
He has pushed cattle, ridden through water, had a rope thrown off him, etc.
He has a great foot on him and excellent for the farrier.
He has an old corneal ulcer which I’ve had the vet look at twice, no issues. If bored in small stall he will find rope/metal pipe to keep his mouth busy.
He is double registered ASPC and ASPR.
