Blackie has a wonderful temperament. She has been easy to train her entire life. I got Blackie to teach my two-year-old little girl about horses. Blackie has sadly been outgrown, as my daughter is now 9 years old. Blackie has been trained to pull a cart. (I have a harness and cart for a little more if interested). We have not used the cart in several years, and she has mostly been hanging out with friends. However, whenever small children come over, she is happy to be groomed and ridden. She has very fancy movements and is not lazy. She would be wonderful in a show setting. She is on the tall side of being a miniature horse and has a horse-not-pony temperament. She is excellent with her feet for kids and farrier. She loads and handles easily. We are looking for a good fit for her.
