Al-Nar is a barn favorite, meets you at the fence and wants to be with people all day. Trainer took him to a colt starting last year and he was the rockstar of the clinic! From day 1 saddling to day 3 carrying a tarp and trail riding, he was a saint! He rode off like he'd been doing it his whole life. Definitely old-soul type! A real gem and personality galore! Trainer has started a lot of horses, but this guy takes the cake! This horse has only been ridden about 30 days but has a lifetime of a good mind. Very friendly and people-pleaser. He wants to work and he wants to be with you at every moment! Picked up on shoulder and hip control quickly! Al-Nar was sent to a veterinarian for a pre-purchase exam. The x-rays showed an anomaly and the potential buyer passed. There was a possible lesion / bone spur. Our vet would not do anything since he is sound and tolerates work. We have had our own veterinarian take x-rays and our veterinarian does not have any concerns. We will provide x-rays for potential buyers. We welcome any additional exams or xrays. The price has also been lowered to take this into consideration, however, he is a much higher quality horse than his asking price. Please provide an email address to send xrays to. Very handsome gelding with a flaxen mane and tail. Not in consistent work, but I have zero reservations of jumping on this guy after a quick warm-up. This is a bold boy that is not hot or spooky. He is brave and wants to work! He wants to be your person full-time! For the month of February, AL Nar is available to try out at Ryan Show Horses in Greencastle, PA.
