He is out of my all-time favorite mare and he did not disappoint. Forest is handy broke, side passes, turns on the haunches and forehand and he one step lopes-off. Very athletic and fast when asked. Forest can do just about anything and will give his all every time. Been around cattle, ranch riding classes and lightly started on barrels. His sire could run a 19 second pole when he was an old man, but Forest only goes the speed you ask for and whatever event you are doing in a calm manner - no funny stuff with this guy. He will then stop and stand quietly and wait for his next command. He’s built like a ranch horse should be - well balanced - straight and correct legs. No matter where he goes he stands out. People will say that is one beautiful horse and built like a brick s*** house. Forest has been trail ridden all over - point him in the direction you want to go and he goes.
