Athena is a sweet 8-year-old mare who has been ridden in and out of the arena, at the coast multiple times, camping, and on lots of trail rides. She has been ridden both english and western, walk, trot, canter both directions, lunges, bathes, clips, ties, baths, gets along well with other horses, stands great for the farrier, and walks herself into the trailer. Has worked with a trainer for her foundation. No history of injuries. Athena has a curious and bubbly personality that will keep a smile on your face. Due to some family related situations, Athena has had a couple of years off and will benefit from someone who is willing to remind her of all of her training. This will not take long as she is extremely smart and remembers her cues and training quickly. She is attentive and responsive so an intermediate rider or someone working with a trainer will best pair with her. She will be suitable for a beginner once she is back in regular work. We were told she is QH and 1/4 Percheron and have photos of both sire and dam - none are registered. Athena mostly enjoys trail riding, pleasure, or gaming. Email for more photos, video, and info. :)
