He was bottle fed as a baby so he was very well imprinted. He has good ground manners. Started him packing in the mountains as a 3 year old. Then riding at 4 years old mountains, on Cattle round ups and whatever adventures we could find. He moves out nicely, smooth ride. High lines, good with his feet, loads good. He can be ridden alone or with others. Use electric clippers on his mane. Neck reins. Smart, alert. Tacks up from either side. You can mount him from either side. You can lead him beside a log or a rock or stump to get on if needed. He stands nicely for you to get on, and waits until you tell him to go before he moves out.
